Free Power And Cooling Monitoring Tool For Service Customers
To help you better maintain your data center’s power and cooling infrastructure, Emerson Network Power is now offering a valuable facility management tool to all Liebert service contract customers at no additional cost. The Customer Services Network is a web-based monitoring and reporting tool that provides you with up-to-date information on every piece of critical protection equipment, right from your desktop.

Proper maintenance is essential to assuring availability. A clogged air filter or loose belt in a data center cooling system could cause the unit to shut down when you need it most. UPS system batteries and other power components require periodic inspection to maintain optimum performance. 

With today’s networks often stretched over multiple locations, however, it can be difficult to watch over every piece of equipment in your protective infrastructure.

The Customer Services Network delivers current status on equipment ranging from precision air conditioning and UPS systems to generators, batteries and other critical support systems. It can also be used to monitor equipment status in anything from a single datacenter to a global information network.

You can use the Customer Services Network to track service activities, including scheduled maintenance, emergency response and warranty information. You can also access service notifications and review contract coverage.

Now Emerson Network Power has released the newest generation of our Customer Services Network: Version 2.0. In addition to an enhanced look and superior functionality, other new features include:

  • An expanded view of Preventive Maintenance reports, including UPS, PDU and Battery reports

  • Updated security features

  • Customer Relationship Management customers will have the ability to:
    • View a dashboard of performance metrics for their account, including: PM Completion Statistics, Average On-Site Response Time, and Average Emergency Service Repair Time
    • Review the preventive maintenance schedule for their contracted sites and request changes

  • Enterprise Remote Monitoring customers will be able to:
    • View Alarm history
    • Review alarm contact information and request changes
